Naturepedic explicitly excludes phthalates, vinyl/PVC, polyurethane foam, flame retardants, and fiberglass from the current Classic Organic Crib Mattress family. The MADE SAFE statement dated April 8, 2025 lists the Lightweight configuration and is valid through February 2027; the MC24 material table discloses organic cotton, polyethylene waterproofing and WaveSupport core, a PLA firmness layer, steel fasteners, and polypropylene interlinings.
MADE SAFE is material screening, not a public lot-level quantitative phthalate test. EWG's February 2024 record is titled for the Innerspring model and is not exact MC24 certification evidence. Use the displayed 10 lb product specification rather than Shopify's inconsistent generic 6804 g shipping-weight field. This single-stage mattress must fit a standard crib, stay firm and flat for infant sleep, be wiped clean at its waterproof surface, and not exceed the stated 80 lb user limit. Demand is unvalidated.
